Subject: pullup procedure (kern/26210)?

There was a fix made against -current for PR kern/26210 a while ago;
cvs rdiff -r1.104 -r1.105 src/sys/kern/uipc_socket.c

This however wasn't pulled up to NetBSD_2 branch yet, would this be
considered trivial enough to be pulled up to the stable branch?

I read http://www.netbsd.org/developers/releng/pullups.html#requirements
and it appears that pullup requests are limited to developers, if I
understand properly (I am not an official NetBSD developer).

The patch as applied to -current by Christos only had to remove a no
longer necessary "notyet" preprocessing conditional which was disabling
the code since net-2 was merged 11 years ago. It allows ps(1) to no longer
always display 0 for msgrcv.

The source-changes message is this one:
http://mail-index.netbsd.org/source-changes/2004/08/19/0006.html
Now exactly one year old, incidentally :)

Thanks,
Matt
