The wording:
+ Please note that this function may not work under the system console and
+ is available depending on the framebuffer (VGA console, raster console,

makes me think it will work with 'raster console', which i was told is not
the case.
Please rework that part to the correct meaning, which i don't know.
At least mention that WSDISPLAY_SCROLLSUPPORT will not work with VGA_RASTERCONSOLE.
