What does the "cl" stand for in the name "clcompress"?  I don't see any
obvious relationship between the name and what the tool does (which, if
I understand correctly, is to perform a special kind of compression on
files that will later be used by a modified version of vnconfig).  I
suggest using a name more like "vncompress".
