May be sh3-le-elf?  For the kernel code (that cannot use FPU) there
should be no difference, but as our port is named sh3, it just seems
more natural to have a matching name.

PS: gcc will not generate any sh3 code unless specifically requested
to (with -m3), default code is suitable for any 32-bit SuperH CPU.
