"raid0" is now on "wd0" and "wd3". But that still didn't help
writ performance:

4294967296 bytes transferred in 195.885 secs (21925963 bytes/sec)

It's only half the performance which I get to a single disk under
NetBSD 3.99.1.

So measured raw write performance:

single disk		51MB/Sec
RAIDframe		25MB/Sec

So it looks to me like RAIDframe really writes to both disk serial and
not parallel.
