Greetings.
Could someone take a look at PR/29651? It's about a crash if 
vm.bufmem_lowater and vm.bufmem_hiwater get set with incorrect parameters.
I didn't submitted the patch (Simon Burge did), but I added a simple 
patch.
Does my patch make sense ? If so, can it be commited ?
