Looks like the sys/dev/pci/pccbb.c 1.109->1.110 and 1.110 -> 1.111
were not adequately tested, and have perhaps caused more problems
than they fixed.

But (at least for the latter) I'd guess Christos will want a quirk,
rather than just disabling or backing out the ill-considered change.
What're the pros and cons of the patch in port-i386/29018?
