Hi,

I forgot to note the numbers are on i386.

New kernel, without drvctl:

text data bss dec hex filename
       7156843 160292 397972 7715107 75b923 OLDHANELE/netbsd

New kernel, with drvctl:

text data bss dec hex filename
       7158801 160420 397972 7717193 75c149 HANELE/netbsd

That's increase of 688B in the non-drvctl case. The option "pseudo-device
drvctl" is meant for size-restricted enviroments, I think it should be on
by default. I'll prepare the changes for PR now.

	Regards,
