What do you mean by "directed object"?
If you mean loadable kernel modules (LKM), examples are in src/sys/lkm.
If you mean examples for binary-only drivers that are included in the
kernel, check out the Atheros (ath) driver, source for it is (among
others) in src/contrib/sys.
