Generaly, systrace (1) and chroot(8), 
cannot support an overload of multiple virtual
machines, intense calculation, import from other
solution ports such-that Xen, as solution it does not
answer a factor of scalability.

I propose   :

 a - To include the code of Jail in the kernel of
NetBSD
 b - In each Jail throw will be to allot a
cryptographic signature to him, by the kernel.

 c - For an internal policy of management: why not
build of APIs jail to base on UVM: 
for the scalability (  and l administration of
wide-area networks.
