I tried to read cd with joilet extensions containing some non-english
names. But that names cannot be displayed correctly, because there is no unicode
support in current iso9660 fs code. I mentioned this post:

but till nowadays there is no support for this. In freebsd, for example,
this ability appears in 2003 year, and I consider it very comfortable. 
So my question is why iconv interface didn't appear in NetBSD?
