I like the idea... but Bill Jolitz did not write that code, and so it's 
inappropriate to leave the UCB notice that attributes Jolitz on that 
code.  Bill Sommerfeld and I wrote that code, but apparently neglected 
to put an additional notice on the top of the file.

Since I have an open-ended copyright assignment with TNF on-file, I 
would be happy with a TNF copyright/license notice there, attributing 
the code to Bill Sommerfeld and me.  Bill -- do you have any problem 
with that?
