I'm porting some custom character device drivers from NetBSD 1.6.x to NetBSD 
2.0 BETA and I'm a little lost: there's no <arch>/<arch>/conf.c so with 
cdevsw declaration :-?

AFAIU something has significantly changed.

Is there some device drivers writter's guide targerged to NetBSD 2.x ?
