Will somebody with Cardbus clue fill me in on the ubiquitous Function
Event Register (FER), Function Event Mask Register, etc? It was necessary
to diddle with bits in the FER to get atw(4) to produce interrupts
reliably, so it seems like these are rather more important for me to be
ignorant about them?
