A few weeks back, I noticed this ioctl defined but not implemented.
Can anyone tell me what was planned for the implementation? In my
private tree, I've implemented it as software scaling of the x and
y deltas within wsmouse.c, and the necessary bits added to
wsconsctl, since my cheapo optical mouse has decided the smallest
delta it will reliably report is 4.

Are these changes useful to anybody?
