Some 10/100 NICs had some primitive interrupt deferral, i.e. you could 
select on a per-Rx descriptor basis if the packet would trigger an 
interrupt.

OTOH, inexpensive 10/100/1000 NICs are just fine for running at 100, as 
well :-)

Regarding 4-port 10/100 boards, D-Link may still have the DFE-570TX 
available.  Adaptec also had a 4-port 10/100 board, but I don't know 
about its availability.

Really, I'd be shocked if vendors were wasting their time building new 
multi-port 10/100 boards.
