No, though at least some NICs have interrupt rate-mitigation features
we can use as an alternative - depending on how well they work, this
should be at least as good as polling under high load, potentially
better.

If you're trying to really push the limits for packet capturing,
you'll choose the hardware most appropriate for the task, NIC
included.
