Ummmm.. I didn't notice it.

IIRC, I refered NetBSD/pc98 driver when I wrote acard pciide
driver for ATP-850 first (about four years ago?), but I don't
remember if chip specific acard_pci_intr() was really needed.

At least, I'm using ATP-860A on my arc and it's working fine,
so pciide_pci_intr() is enough for it. But last time I tried
ATP-850 there was some trouble but I had no time to track it
at that time. I'll check if ATP-850 requires it or not later.
