I too think the pullup request is a bit over-bureaucratic with them
wanting a source-changes mail, but I guess we cannot do much about that.
The way to get such a message is to do a "cvs log -r1.89 isp_pci.c", then
grab the date (20003/08/07) and find the commit mail for that date, file &
revision on mail-index.netbsd.org, then forward that to releng and hope
it's enough.

For this pullup, sending the following URL to releng-1-6 should be enough

 http://mail-index.netbsd.org/source-changes/2003/08/07/0000.html

(which, btw, I'd say is not only a printf change, looking at these
different PCI mappings, but I know ~nothing about that so it may really be
not worth it).

      non-developers like this.
