Now that -current kernels really need the COMPAT_16 option, and that
it is included in (at least some of, and should be all of, maybe is now)
the kernel configuration files shipped (GENERIC and LINT types especially),
could one of the people involved with adding it, please take a look
at PR kern/20585 - do anything that remains to be done from that PR,
(adding COMPAT_16 was the most important thing it requested, but there
was more), and then, whatever might actually get done, close that PR ?
