If you're thinking of anything modern there's only one so far as I know:
"UNIX Internals: The New Frontiers"
Uresh Vahalia
Prentice Hall, 1996
ISBN 0-13-101908-2
Focus is on SVR4.2 but also discusses in good detail 4.4BSD, SunOS-5.x,
Mach 3.0, and Digital UNIX; especially where they differ in important
ways.
