Oh dear. Appears to work regardless, but since I have to have own code 
for socketpair for Win32, I guess I'll just use that for NetBSD as well.

I would never have though NetBSD have same annoying "restrictions" as 
Windows.  *ducks*

Oh well, I want bi-directional, so if that entails, bind, listen, 
connect and accept then so be it.
