Hi,

A Korean user noticed that the maximum buffer size in NetBSD BPF is set
to 0x8000 while it's 0x80000 in FreeBSD and OpenBSD. For change log in
FreeBSD, see:

http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/net/bpf.h#rev1.21

Is it okay if we do the same thing? (The log mentions sysctl'able buffer
size, but I'm not sure if it's implemented in or applicable to NetBSD)
