Yeah, I had some initial problems when I first tried it, but they were
not really related to NEW_BUFQ_STRATEGY, it was a problem in
sys/malloc.h and it was fixed very quickly by YAMAMOTO Takashi (thanks!).

After that I have been running NEW_BUFQ_STRATEGY on my heavily loaded
i386 laptop for three weeks and I haven't seen any problems at all.
