	Not quite as easy for those of us not in the states...

	Can we just make this an option and default it to off, so those
	that do not want it pay nothing, and those that do an turn it
	on?

	At some future point when we can make lkms registering sysctl
	entries we can have an all-singing, all-dancing version.
