You know I'd really wish you had of talked to me _first_ before making
all of these changes to "fix" the time problem on sparc64.
You've changed the kernel/user ABI for ipmon _again_ (some people did
notice the prior change when ipmon core dumped) when if you had of
not been so quick to do all this yourself only one change would have
been necessary.
You've also gone and "fixed" this problem too quickly to allow people
to understand what the real problem was. For starters, I'm not sure
why this has only just now arisen as a problem. Has there been some
other change that has impacted it or is it just that nobody has tested
it on sparc64 before ? Then again, what about alpha ?
