Yes, and I didn't claim otherwise. My ISDN card, on the other hand, can write
to a single 1K big piece of memory and cause a (hardwired by jumper)
interrupt - that's all. It could still dial all those expensive numbers
or watch my network traffic if/when it passes the ISDN card, but it won't
newfs my hard disk.
