I'd say current mode for bus type.

scisbus0 at mpi0 channel0: 15 targets, LVD, sync (xx.0ns, max offset yy), 
16-bit, DT (160.00MB/s)

For the chan_cap, I propose we reuse the PERIPH_CAP_ definitons extending
them as needed.  That way we can easily do (chan_cap & periph_cap) for
testing.
