This has been improved quite significantly; the main stragglers are the
*directories* "cvs" vs. "CVS" in src/gnu/dist and src/gnu/usr.bin -- which
will confuse a cvs checkout to no end.

This will be fixed.  (I have a need for storing on NTFS, for instance,
which preserves case but is case-insensitive as well.)
