	Do you mean the amount of backwards shift?  If so, I'm getting about
the same difference: about 10000 usec.  (As if we're missing a clock tick)
However, I get no problems from the job-completion stats.
	On average, I'm getting 1 backwarks moving time every 19 seconds.
