This is 1000, 7000, 9000, 15000, ..., if my memory is correct.
Implementing a good rate converter would be an exercise of digital
filter design, but I don't think this needs to be done now.

Personally, I would care about high quality 44.1k <-> 48k conversion,
but I don't want to read a book of digital filter right now.
