To follow up...

It chokes on the INQUIRY command.  I set the "force short inquiry" quirk,
and that doesn't seem to have made any difference.  Just in case it's the
TEST UNIT READY command that sets me up to lose, I tried skipping that,
and it made no difference.

So, current info is:

	* TEST UNIT READY succeeds

	* INQUIRY (short) fails

...I'll try and get more info once I figure out who broke DDB :-/
