If anybody does that, please make the user interface similar to what's
in FreeBSD (ScrollLock key is a toggle, then arrows or PageUp/PageDown
scrolls), not like what's in OpenBSD (Shift+PageUp/PageDown scrolls),
or what's been floating around in unofficial patches for NetBSD/i386
(LeftControl+Alt+Shift+PageUp/PageDown scrolls).
