Maybe I'm being blind, but I don't see any support for 3.3V cards in
the NetBSD pcmcia stack nor in the pcic driver.

All the power code seems to be in pcic_chip_socket_enable, but I see
no tests for 3.3V cards, no special case code for all the various 3.3V
standards there are, etc.

Am I missing something?
