Hello,
I've just committed stereo support of the opl (OPL3) device.
Here, I have a problem.
I tried this on my cmpci (CMI8738/PCI-6ch-MX) board,
and I found the left and right channels are swapped.
Does anyone have heard about this?
How does it work on your devices?
I tested this on ym (OPL3-SA3), and have no such problem.
If you want try this on cmpci device, use config like this:
cmpci* at pci? dev ? function ?
audio* at cmpci?
opl* at cmpci?
midi* at opl?
I attach a sample MIDI file, which first plays on the left side,
and then on the right side.
midiplay -d <midi-device#> <attached-file>
P.S.
I'm now analyzing and re-implementing cmpci mixer. Please be patient...
