Oh please!  Just because you've never tried to run a large complex site
(else the limitations of groups would be obvious to you), does not mean
that nobody has the need.

Goups more than satisfy the needs of many, but they do have limitations.
Most of us are not running NetBSD on PDP's so we can afford a little extra
functionality now and then.
