Can you change BIOS mode? I'm not sure about Libretto 100,
but maybe you can enter BIOS setting mode with pushing
Escape key during power cycle time, then pressing F1 key.
Maybe you can change PC CARD Controller Mode to
CardBus/16-bit (it works with my Toshiba SS3010, which uses
ToPIC97 CardBus bridge). BIOS will route PCI INTR to
CardBus bridge only under CardBus/16-bit mode.
