The trusted path execution stuff looks neat, and the rest seems like a
minimal capabilities type implementation (from a casual glance).

Note that if you try to do something like this, there are lots of
differences between how ps and friends work between OpenBSD and
NetBSD.  The kvm hacks that are in those patches won't do a thing on
NetBSD.  These programs use sysctl's to do the work on NetBSD instead of
grovelling through /dev/mem with setgid programs on OpenBSD.
