Maybe not in *this* case, but...
...VIA makes at least two chipsets in which an AGP video controller (IOW,
a device on a *second* PCI bus) is integrated into the northbridge (which
is a device on the *first* PCI bus). What if they changed the video frob
(as they've changed the IDE frob) but didn't change its own device ID? The
situation is precisely analogous to what they did with their pciide, but
now there _is_ a second bus involved. :-(
