Current umass.c has some code for the In-System Design USB cable
and I tried it with ISD200, but it did not work.
Neither BBB/CBI nor SCSI/ATAPI worked on each alt interface.

I'll check the Linux ISD200 driver and try to port it
for my Fujitsu USB MO. (though I have few knowledge about USB ;-)
