Well, not really, I just don't consider this ability useful enough
to keep it, especially since db_command_table[] is static anyway ;-)

Since I think db_machine_commands_install() stuff is redundant
in any case, I'll g/c it and make db_command_table[] use directly
db_machine_command_table[] (using enami's code ;-).
Then I'll make db_command_table[] const.
