That should be already supported and working. Did you have any problem
with it? As far as the "begin of line missing char" bug that has been
reported is concerned I have a quick fix that is not clean as I would
like it to be. While fixing HW cursor scrollback I broke SW cursor
scrollback. I'm going to clean up a little more the code...
