No, I'm insisting on sys/isdn (but still prefer it). For consistency, you 
are right, it should be sys/netisdn.

So, the non-bus/device specific kernel files go to sys/netisdn; userland
visible includes to /usr/include/netisdn. All userland tools have their
subdirectory below usr.sbin/isdn.

Any objections to an import with this changes and further proceeding as 
outlined in my initial message to this thread?
