Though the interface would need to be adjusted a little to pass the
exec_package down to e_proc_exec() hook call.

The ibcs2 exec hook code can then check if
epp->ep_sw->es_check == exec_ibcs2_xout_makecmds
and set p->p_emuldata to something appropriate so that it can
be checked later.

Does that sound ok ?
