Howdy,

I'm trying to get macppc to recognize this Adaptec SlimSCSI 1480 cardbus
Ultra SCSI interface. It's the Mac version of the wintel 1460 card and
requires a special driver under MacOS. Does anyone have any ideas why it's
not working for me?

Here's what a kernel without ahc reports:
(manufacturer 0x0, product 0x0) Adaptec APA-1480 Ultra (SCSI mass storage,
revision 0x03) at cardbus0 dev 0 function0 not configured

I tried a kernel with ahc enabled (as of a week ago). Here's what the
kernel reported:
ahc0 at cardbus0 dev 0 function 0: Adaptec ADP-1480 SCSI
ahc0: interrupting at 58
ahc0: CardBus device requires an SEEPROM

And it didn't find any SCSI devices I had attached (or even seem to probe
the SCSI bus). Does anyone have any ideas how I could get this to work? I
can't really install NetBSD until I've got a SCSI drive to install it onto.

Thanks,
