puc is a bus front-end, which uses bus-independant drivers of dev/ic.
wdc_upc.c *is* a bus front-end, and so shouldn't be in dev/ic.
Ok, I now see what this chip is. I'm not sure what the rigth thing to
do would be here. Maybe we need a directory for misc devices like this ?
