There always seem to be lots floating around at Stanford, perhaps
because they're whats on the shelf at Fry's these days.
however, 1.5_ALPHA2 doesn't grok the 100mbit PHYs on them.

The Linux pcmcica_cs clients/pcnet_cs.c has code to handle MII i/o
on these devices, and to tickle the PHYs to start MII autonegotiation.
Also, I see one of the FreeBSD "PAO"? releases supports these using
their "ed" driver. (is that right, Warner?)

Anyone feel like thwacking our pcmcia driver to grok these? Jason?
I can probably swing a loaner card to someone who could do the work.
(i'd do it myself, but my netbsd hacking time is taken up by soundcards).
