Hi,
a file flag SF_ARCHIVED was added some time ago, which is causing
problems in some cases (see kern/8439).

What is the semantics of this flag ? Is it really usable still ?
Shouldn't it be removed ? Would it be okay if non-root would be
able to set it freely (for files they own) ?
