Jason really really wants these tty's to be named ttyCZ..., and I really
despise a 4-digit unit number. So unless I hear objections, I'm going to
compromise and go with ttyCZXX where XX are two hex digits. I'll also
change the MAKEDEV script and the driver (it says which CZtty's to use).

Note that since ps still only uses two columns, they will all show up as
tt "CZ" in ps.
