There has been a lot of discussion about multiple namespaces, human-readable
-vs- non-human readable formats.

What is wrong with the idea of having a common namespace with many heads.
That is to say, SYSCTL has many more features than /kern.  Why not export
the sysctl namespace IN /kern.  In this way there is no "REAL" work to 
do with beefing up /kern (because most of it is already done in sysctl)
and you gain a uniform namespace that satisfies those that prefer a
filesystem
representation and those that do not...
